Task 1: Inception Report

The Inception Report lays out the blueprint of the study, including:

1. The institutional arrangements to be followed in carrying out the Scope of Work;
2. A description of the work plan for data collection and analysis;
3. The approach to achieve key priorities of the work plan;
4. Detailed lists of required data;
5. The schedule of deliverables to be submitted to NCEC; and
6. Project Management approach (including Health and Safety plans, Communication approaches, etc.).

The Inception Report draft was presented to NCEC during virtual meetings held on September 21 and 22, 2020.
